If you follow me on Twitter, you know I turned 21 last month. The celebration started early last month, when my sister treated me to an Idina Menzel's concert, and did not end before Britney Spears's show at the O2 Arena last Friday. The whole month ended up being filled with birthday fun! I had such an amazing time, and even though I cannot blog about everything I did to celebrate, I can certainly share some of the best moments with you.

On the night of the 16th, my sister and I went to Ping Pong, on the Southbank. We spent the night laughing out loud, eating more than our fair share of dim sum, and sipping on some of the best cocktails I have ever had, and believe me, that is a lot of cocktails! These lychee and rose martinis were absolutely delicious, so make sure to try them if you are ever going to one of the Ping Pong restaurants. I promise you won't regret it!

On my actual birthday, my sister and I hopped on a train to Bicester Village, but not before a good Starbucks breakfast. For those of you who don't know, Bicester Village is a designer outlet for high-end brands, such as Mulberry, Alexander McQueen, Dior, Gucci, etc. There is even a Cosmetic Company Store, which sells some of my all-time favourite make-up brands, including MAC, Estée Lauder, or even Bobbi Brown. Needless to say, my sister and I literally shopped 'til we dropped!

No birthday would be complete without a night out with friends! It just happened that one of my best friends, Niamh, was flying all the way from Dublin to Exeter that week, so I decided to have my birthday night out over there. We first went out to dinner in our favourite restaurant, before hitting the club. I had such a great night! The next day, my friends surprised me with not only one, but two home made birthday cakes and the cutest birthday present : my very first Pandora charm to put on the brand new Pandora bracelet they had also got me. Did I already mention that I have the best friends in the world?


I'd just like to thank everyone that contributed to making this birthday unforgettable, it sure worked!
