Who said advent calendars had to be filled with sweet treats after all?

Because a girl never has enough nail polishes, Ciaté's advent calendar is packed with 17 of their bestselling mini paint pots and four exclusive Caviar blends. Now the real question is, which colour are you going to wear on Christmas day?

If you like the traditional idea of a calendar filled with sweet delights, these ones are for you!

Chocolate and traditional drawings of some of London's best attractions? Yes, please!

The French girl in me couldn't help mentioning La Maison Du Chocolat and their advent calendar, filled with some of their finest chocolates. If you live in London, you can find La Maison Du Chocolat in Selfridges, Harrod's, The Village in Westfield and on Piccadilly.

Modelled on Fortnum's famous store in Piccadilly, this wooden calendar is filled with delicious, festive treats. Behind each numbered door is something sweet, such as sugar mice, jelly beans, fondant sweets and of course, Fortnum's signature chocolates. You can also buy it unfilled for you to put your own treats and gifts in.

For Craft Lovers
Alternatively, you could make your own advent calendar and fill it with a mixture of beauty products, accessories, sweet treats or even some small scented candles. Here are some ideas and tutorials on how to create your own :
