Christmas Gift Guide 2012

With Christmas only two weeks away, I thought I'd play Santa's little helper and give you a few ideas in case you have yet to find the perfect gifts to put under the tree.

Christmas also means the New Year is coming up, so what would make a better gift than a new planner? I especially love these ones from Mulberry, but if your budget doesn't quite stretch that far, why not check the Filofax by Temperley range? The Compact Organiser is to die for!

Most make-up brands come out with a holiday collection so make sure to keep an eye out for those. Chanel's "Eclats du soir" holiday collection absolutely stole the show for me this year, but also make sure to look out for Dior's "Grand Bal" collection, available exclusively in Selfridges.

Books are always a safe bet. On my Christmas list this year? Christian Louboutin's, Kate Moss's and Grace Coddington's memoirs.

Fashion enthusiasts will love this Michael Kors limited edition Collector's box set, which features his best-selling chronograph watches in gold, silver and rose gold.

These L'Artisan Parfumeur candles make for a luxurious Christmas present, with their fresh and delicate scent. "Thé et Pain d'Epice" is probably the most festive one, but others worth mentioning are "Rose des Indes", "Tilleuls au Vent" and "Interieur Figuier".

From bright statement necklaces, to dainty stud earrings and large cocktail rings, Stella & Dot has something to suit everyone's taste.

Everyone loves a bit of sparkle at this time of the year and no one does it quite like Deborah Lippmann. Her glittery nail polishes are a brilliant way to get yourself in the Christmas spirit and deck those fingernails. Pictured above are "Do Ya Think I'm Sexy", "Shake Your Groove Thing", "I Love The Nightlife" and "Stairway to Heaven".

Christmas is a time to indulge and what is more indulgent than a box of the finest Charbonnel and Walker chocolate truffles after all? If you are willing to splash out, this pink celebration hamper is the perfect luxury gift, but you could also make up your own hamper and fill it with all sorts of festive treats.

Who doesn't enjoy pampering themselves, especially in this cold weather? Treat your loved ones to this Ren Moroccan Rose gift set - their skin will be thankful for it, especially after all those late night and Christmas parties

Nothing quite beats having a hot chocolate by the fireplace, on Christmas day, especially if it is from La Maison du Chocolat and is served in one of those gorgeous Jasper Conran for Wedgwood mugs.

Lomography cameras, such as "La Sardina", are perfect for anyone who is looking to experiment with photography.

Perfume is one of the most popular presents to give at Christmas, especially with all the limited edition gift sets gracing the shops, at that time of the year. This Acqua di Parma Magnolia Nobile one features a 50ml bottle of the Eau de Toilette, as well as a matching shower gel and body cream.

With over 300 different publications coming out each month, there is a magazine to suit everyone's tastes. Whether it is for your little sister, boyfriend, mum or best friend, a subscription to their favourite glossy read makes for the perfect Christmas present, which they will be able to enjoy all year long.

This Fortnum & Mason's set includes a bottle of the finest brut reserve Champagne and decadant chocolate truffles, presented in a satin-lined box - both elegant and delicious!

With miniature bottles of best-sellers Lime Basil & Mandarin, Pomegranate Noir, Blackberry & Bay, Nectarine Blossom & Honey and Amber & Lavender, this Jo Malone cologne collection gift set makes for the perfect introduction to the brand's wonderful fragrances.
It's been quite a year for London, so why not celebrate and rediscover the English capital with this cute Mulberry keyring and Philip's street Atlas?

Bits and bobs for the house always do the trick, so definitely stop by Graham & Green, Oliver Bonas and Anthropology.
In addition to their Christmas collection, some make-up brands also release limited edition gift sets. This year, my favourite has been the Nars x Andy Warhol collection and the Edie Sedgwick set, which includes a pure matte lipstick in "Film Star", an eyeshadow in "Edie", a black eyeliner stylo and last but not least, a mini duo of some of the brand's best-selling blush shades, Deep Throat and Amour.

Fill this Kate Spade "Surprise" Christmas bauble with mini candy canes and hang it onto the tree for a  chic and playful present.

Stocking Fillers
Now that you have all your presents sorted out, it is time to tackle the stocking fillers. Here are a few ideas :

Have you started your Christmas shopping yet? If so, what are you getting your loved ones this year? I swear I won't tell!
